Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment. Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the deposit. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if the safety, well-being, or professional integrity of the Provider is compromised. If the Provider is unable to fulfill the appointment due to a serious illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance, the Client’s deposit will be refunded in full. If the Provider determines that the client relationship presents a safety risk, involves harassment, threats, abusive behavior, or any conduct that creates an unsafe working environment, services may be declined or terminated. In such cases, any refund of the deposit will be issued at the Provider’s sole discretion based on the circumstances.
